How to Test the Product before to Pay
I've run the scan, but now I need the full version to save the found files. When I purchase the full product, should I repeat the scan with the full product?
There is no need to perform the scan again. Just click Save, and you'll be prompted for a key. Enter the key to convert the free trial version into the full product.
The product is free to try, but I can't recover anything because it asks me for a key.
Right, the product is free to try but not free to use. With the trial version you can try to find and check emails on your drive. Just run a scan.
If you see your emails, you can select them to view in the preview panel. If there is an attachment available, you can also preview the attachment. We support more than 200 file formats used in attachments to preview - you can open text documents, view pictures, play videos or listen to your music.
If the preview is correct and in the original resolution, the full product will export it with the same contents you've seen in the preview. We guarantee it!
Actually, the correct preview means that the file is already recovered, but you need a key to save it. An example is illustrated below.
I've seen the email title and correct count of the attachments, should I expect a successful recovery?
In most cases, the email will be recovered successfully, but only the correct and full preview can give you a 100% guarantee.
My file is not supported by your preview system. Can I expect a successful recovery?
You can try to recover such files, but we can't guarantee a successful recovery for them.
Is there a 30-days money-back guarantee?

Can I have a one-day key to test your product?
You don't need any kind of a key if youíd like to test our product. You can preview your files with a free trial version.
What if I see the correct and full preview, but the product will not recover it?
If the preview is really correct and full, the file is already recovered to your computerís memory. If you experience any problems saving such a file, we'll be able to assist you.
What if the preview for a message or an attachment is empty or damaged; or there is a product logo instead of the preview?
The correct preview is not available. In this case, there is no guarantee for successful recovery.
